What's REALLY Going Wrong with Your Piston Pump?
@RocanMotor YOU ASKED! I recently disassembled a PVP16 and found only these pins damaged, as well as a matching divot on the ball seat. The only other issue I found was a worn/loose case drain fitting that was connected to a hose with a bung, I think for priming the pump. The pump suddenly had a whining noise upon startup after sitting 1 day, and produced no pressure/flow.
