885 Series

The Chelsea 885 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) is a heavy-duty 8-bolt Powershift unit designed for demanding vocational truck applications. Built as a rugged workhorse within the Chelsea PTO lineup, it features a durable cast iron housing and heavy-duty ball bearings on the output shaft to support long service life under high-load conditions. A large clutch pack enables torque capacity of up to 500 lb-ft, making it well suited for continuous heavy-duty operation. Engineered for flexibility, the 885 Series offers two output configurations, four internal speed ratios, and five shift options, allowing it to be adapted to a wide range of hydraulic and mechanical system requirements. The available Electric Overspeed Control (EOC) option adds enhanced operational protection and control in demanding applications. The Chelsea 885 Series PTO is commonly used in oil and gas operations, water drilling, and other mobile equipment markets.
