The Chelsea 810 Series Power Take-Off (PTO) is engineered specifically for the Ford 10R140HD transmission, delivering a compact yet power-dense solution for demanding vocational applications. Designed for flexibility, the 810 Series currently offers three ratio options and four output configurations, including common pump mount and driveline output styles, with additional options planned for future release. To improve engagement performance, the 810 Series incorporates SmartStart technology, which helps reduce initial torque spikes during PTO activation, enhancing system smoothness and component protection. Built with strengthened gear sets and oversized bearings, this PTO is designed for durability under heavy load conditions while maintaining a compact footprint. Noise reduction is also a key focus of the design. Chelsea’s QuietGear technology helps smooth torsional vibration in diesel applications, resulting in quieter and more refined operation without sacrificing power density.
