524 Series

The Chelsea 524 Series Rear Mount Power Take-Off (PTO) features a compact two-gear design that helps reduce clearance issues while maintaining strong performance across demanding vocational applications. With three available speed ratios, it can be configured to meet a wide range of operational requirements without the need to de-rate the PTO for continuous duty use. Designed for efficiency and ease of service, the 524 Series includes a quick-assembly sealed bayonet connector for the indicator switch, helping simplify installation and maintenance. Six integrated shift options are built directly into the PTO housing, contributing to its space-saving design, along with two direct-mount pump output flange options for added flexibility. The 524 Series is also compatible with a variety of modern transmissions through available input adapters for ZF, Mack mDrive™, Volvo I-Shift, and Eaton Endurant systems. Combining versatility, power, and straightforward installation, the Chelsea 524 Series is well suited for a wide range of vocational truck applications.
